Phew...When for my first Flag Football training .
Si Bei tiring....woooo...
First was fitness!
1st dish
Jogged ten rounds around the ME field.
2nd dish
Firstly: Do Jumping Jacks until it's your turn to Sprint 20 yards.
Do Jumping Jacks after you sprint 20yards until everybody finishes the sprinting.
Then do 30 push-ups
Next: Do Jumping Jacks until it's your turn to do launchers to the other side then do Jumping Jacks again. (Can I kill Jack? Why the hell was jumping jacks created!!!!)
Then: Continue to do Jumping Jacks until it's your turn to do backpedal to the other side.And do Jumping Jacks again until everybody does the back pedal.
30 Burpis!!!!!!! Got push-ups inside sia...
Then Piggyback.
Coz somepeople stole their tyres...lol.
Phew..then finally end of fitness.
Then played one game. It looks like those ancient chinese battles sia. We have to charge pass two catchers. But if the catchers caught one of us. The person who's caught will join the catcher.
I wasn't one of the last one standing...sianzzz
The rest of the training was pretty much about running and catching.
I can't lift up my left leg sia.... T_T mati....
